The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the execution of SEO strategies across core services
- Perform keyword research to identify new lead opportunities across all verticals
- Ensure SEO best practices are maintained throughout the site
- Fix errors or issues that could be impacting SEO performance
- Thorough understanding of all core aspects of SEO (content, technical, offsite)
- Be creative and proactive. Identifying new opportunities for growth
- Improve keyword rankings to increase revenue for core services
- Regularly audit landing pages and guides, refreshing and updating content
- Stay abreast of search engine developments and algorithm changes
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
The ideal candidate will have experience in some of the following:
- A minimum of 2 years SEO experience
- Results driven with a real passion for SEO
- A creative thinker who can solve problems
- Have a can-do attitude, always on the lookout for new ideas and things to improve
- Organised and analytical with a love for data
- Demonstrable experience of ranking improvements to websites
- Ability to evaluate content from an SEO and user perspective
- Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console and Excel
- Experience using SEMrush, AHREFS or equivalent
- Excellent reporting skills and used to presenting to senior management
